Spectrum Control's Inmet microminiature, hex-body, SMA male/female inner DC block for general applications have a frequency range of 10 MHz - 18 GHz, 200V max. rating and 50 Ohm impedance. Model 8055H DC blocks passivated stainless steel connectors that mate with MIL-STD-348 connectors.
