The HPA100 Powerfilm flange attenuator series combines high-power capability with reliable RF performance across a DC to 0.4 GHz frequency range. It offers 100 W power handling and attenuation values up to 20 dB. These surface-mount attenuators feature nickel-plated copper tab contacts, a beryllium oxide (BeO) substrate, and a thick-film resistive element for demanding high-power applications. They are commonly used in high-power amplifiers and as terminating attenuators in isolators where lower-level signal sampling is required. Contact us to request samples.
