The 2ANA100 Powerfilm flange attenuator series is engineered for high-power RF applications, offering a DC to 2.5 GHz frequency range, 100 W power handling, and attenuation values up to 30 dB. These surface-mount attenuators feature silver tab contacts, an aluminum nitride (AlN) substrate, and a thick-film resistive element for reliable thermal performance and long-term durability. They are ideal for use in high-power amplifiers and as terminating attenuators in isolators where lower-level signal sampling is required. Contact us to request samples.
