Powerfilm chip attenuator with DC-0.4 GHz frequency, 100 watt power, and 20 dB attenuation. This surface-mount resistive component has tin lead solder with BeO substrate and thick resistor film. Chip attenuators are used in amplifier circuits, receivers, up/down converters, phase-matched arrays, and switching applications. Contact us for samples.
