Powerfilm chip termination with DC-3 GHz frequency, 150 watt high power, lead free solder terminal with wrap around on both ends, 100 Ohm value and 5% tolerance. This surface-mount resistive component has AIN substrate and thick film resistor. Chip terminations allow RF power dissipation in terminations and isolators. Contact us to request samples.
