(NASDAQ: SPEC), a leading designer and manufacturer of electronic control products and systems, announced today that it will release its first quarter results on Thursday, March 17, 2005, after the close of the market. Following the release, Spectrum Control will host a conference call at 4:45 PM, Eastern Time, to discuss the Company’s operating results for the quarter ended February 28, 2005 and the current business outlook for the second quarter of fiscal 2005.

Spectrum Control is a leading designer and manufacturer of components and systems used to condition, regulate, transmit, receive, or govern electronic performance.
